Wow....I am literrally sick over the outcome of this election. Any nice canadian women wanna adopt a nice middle aged man? (I am ont half joking...) It's gonna be a long 4 years.....I kinda hope we suffer an economic collapse, just to twart the neo-con designs of continued regimr change...

yeah, it was the cutsy stuff that made me decide not to see it.
The Green Door pic was actually taken in Asheville NC, a city that I miss very much. But Richmond is very photogenic. I live in the fan right now, and can't wait to move out of it!!! The old buildings that VCU owns are beautiful, but the students are a bit irritating. We're looking to move to the Shockhoe Slip area. It's pretty there too.

Well....I finished the 10k....under 60 minutes too. So I made the target I set...but it is a funny thing about targets....they move. The fastest time was around 32 minutes.....so my next goal will be under 40.

It was a beautiful morning for a run....clear blue sky, and cool. Lots of fun was had by all.

oh, i remember what they gave us all right...

we went on a camping overnight trip and they gave us raw tacos. they stuck them in the fire, but the meat was still cold when i got it. like 500 other kids got sick besides me, and the best part? it was an international camp, so those other kids flew home to aaaaall around the world...

It is raining here in the Mid-Atlantic states this morning.....I am just being lazy and catching up on a bunch of reading I had backlogged....and reading the manual for my new camera. Maybe pics soon, but the light is not good today for any outdoor shots...

Not much doin here...the WHFestival is this coming weekend...lots of good bands. Still training for my first 10k. I will finish under an hour, (don't laugh too hard),m and I am shooting for under 45 mins...but I have a wais to go with that...
