I had sushi tonight that a guy I work with makes for the hotel bar. His looked like crap tonight, so I gave him hell. He hates making it, I keep trying to push the idea to my bosses that I should make it. I like doing it and it is better looking than his sushi (his opinion as well.) I guess racism is still alive and well. I suspect the reason he is put in the sushi making spot has nothing to do with his ability and everything to do with him being Chinese. We both have our suspicions about that.
