It is funny how life works. I was talking to a friend and she was telling me about how she cheated on her boyfriend early in their relationship, and still has not told them. It has been about a month since then. I sat with her for about an hour and convinced her that not only does she need to tell him, but she needs to accept everything that is coming to her. She is one of my best friends, so I can not see her turning into a bad person. That would kill a part of me. The horrible part about this situation is: one, it's Christmas, and two, the guy already says he loves her and will one day marry her. I told her, no matter what, she needs to tell him.
Then this got me thinking. Do I really trust my ex now? The answer is no. Why? I have no idea. Maybe because she isn't who I know, and I feel that she hides things from me. I can not be in a relationship with some one I do not trust. Therefor, I am over the thought of being with her. I was blinding myself from the trust issue, even when it was right in front of my face. I would like to thank you all for your concern, and it did really help. It took me down the path to realizing what kind of girl I really want, and it is not her. Time heals all wounds, but truth heals all.
It is now time to enjoy Christmas. I hope everyone gets what they want, and if you don't, then it is because you have been naughty. We will decide your punishment later, Santa and I. Happy holidays, and all that jazz.
Quote of the day:
"One truth prevails."
