My advice is don't be so hard on yourself. When I was young, I had lots of issues with anger and anxiety and depression and it is suffocating. Eventually I learned to be patient with myself and others, meditation helped a lot. I did lose many relationships but it was necessary in order for me to grow. If possible, try to enjoy each moment and relax. There are people around that care about you. I hope you feel better soon 😊

So sorry! I understand and I wish I had an answer.  I think that's why I have been single for 6+ years.  Anybody who tries to get close, I push away.  I don't want to be single anymore but it has become a double edged sword.  One day, I will figure it out.  Hopefully, before it's to late... No matter what, love yourself and never give up!
