for the record? I stopped taking my anti-depressants about 2 weeks ago, this is only the second time since I was 19 that I haven't been on some kind of med. Last time was for about 6 months and didn't go well, but older now?



I caught my case of "the losts" a few months ago... so I know that at least isn't the direct cause.
