UPDATE!
TA-DA! bathroom wall is fixed
i did it all by my lonesome, a little hard since the patch piece was 35 x 36, but i held it in place with my head 
Cockroaches and Depair....(aka my bathroom)
the bathrrom had a random board up over the sink with a little 12"x12" mirror , a ghetto broke light bar and hand towel rack, next to it was a homemade medicine cabinet, homemade by someone who should not go into the medicine cabinet buisness, I ripped all that crap down today to discover . ONE BILLION DEAD COCKROACHES, 6 WALL HOLES, and ANCIENT WALL PAPER!!!!! enjoy!
um yeah , those are all cockroaches
I'm going to take out a large square of that nightmare and patch it with new sheetrock,
tomorrow, NEW WINDOWS! ATTIC INSULATION! AND FINISHED CEILINGS!!! I may be able to move into this house some day
