Really, though, I don't have much to add to what the others had said after you edited the post.
I do agree it's best to approach the situation slowly, and with measured steps,
so as not to be perceived as "overstepping."

have to be out of my apt by 6/18 or the rent goes up almost 200 a month to stay month to month.
trying to find a place to live with 2 dogs and 2 cats for 650 a month? not fun.
would also be nice if it's close to or in between work and school.
