You live in Turin?

kaicito:
Ah, no...I live in Berlin, Germany. But we were in Torino earlier this year on a (too) short visit, and we loved the place!

kaicito:
You're very welcome, @asunta ! How are things in Kharkiv? That's not too far from the separatist conflict, is it?

Thanks so much for the comment on my new set, I am a lady, I swear! :p

kaicito:
@melissa Oh, you're definitely my favorite kind of lady :-) Reminds me of the old joke where someone asks "Who's that lady you're with?" and the guy says, "That's no lady, that's my wife!" :-)

Hey kai. How are you? I must confess that one of my dreams in the wish list  is to meet Germany... Is it as nice as I imagine?

kaicito:
Hola! ¿Cómo estás hoy? It's early morning here, nice to start the day by hearing from you. When you live in a country, you don't appreciate it in the same way that a tourist does... so I don't know that I would call Germany nice, but depending on what you want to see, I'm sure Germany has lots of nice, interesting, even beautiful spots. If you like, I can write in a bit more detail later (hi ho, off to work now...) Have a lovely day...tomorrow <3
fay:
I would love it! Please tell me ♥ and thank you

Hi. Glad you liked Kaspar. I was shown him when I was five when I went to London, and had tea at the Savoy. One of those things you never forget. I had very well-to-do relatives then (sadly all long dead), and my uncle knew the odd story about why Kaspar was there. If the 'London nobody knows' interests you, then may I suggest you get a copy of a book entitled: 'I Never Knew That About London', by Christopher Winn. It is full of stuff that is probably unknown even to people who live there. You can get it from Amazon, and there is a Kindle version available. Thanks for your interest.👍

kaicito:
Thank you! I'll have a look at it. It's not that I'm particularly interested in London (much as I love the city)... the older I get, the more I realize you can either know many things superficially, or a few things (or places) intimately. Still torn over what my preference is! Have to add I probably have only scratched the surface of things to know about my adopted hometown of Berlin.
mrwaverly:
There is some stuff in there that will make you realise just how weird English people can be without trying. And that goes back hundreds of years.😄

Thank you for the follow. I promise to put some more random stuff up soon. As you have read, this weather makes me feel like shite, and I have the further joy of working at night, and trying to sleep by day, so at present, I'm feeling decidedly 'Meh'.(I believe that is the correct terminology used by the youth of today). Cheers!😃👍
