Happy Sunday, one and all! Started out mine with an epic gym session...longest time ever spent on the stair stepper - a full 148 minutes, machine sez 2,400 kcals stepped away. It's kind of addictive, tho I'm sceptic whether it makes any huge difference to work out for longer than 90 minutes on a single machine.

Nope, it's 18!
I'm super tiny, but not because I'm on any kind of diet or because I work out like crazy. I eat whatever I want (including chocolate cake, ice cream, cheesecake, chocolate and whatever else I feel like) and do pilates once a week. I just have very fast metabolism and I doubt I'll ever get any fatter. Maybe someday when I decide to procreate, but somehow I doubt that...It's a blessing and a curse, I guess.

Ohh, I like your suggestion. I love that song! ^_^ I did manage to get a bit of sleep. About 6 hours. Not a fantastic amount, but enough to feel human again.

Thank you so much for your comment, it means a lot to me
I'm cursed with an exotic taste in music - while 99% of the musicians and groups popular in SGLand mean nothing to me (my most cutting-edge singer is Marina, she of the Diamonds), my musical taste is stuck in an era well before even I was born, namely, the Tin Pan Alley songs of Gershwin, Porter, Berlin and their contemporaries, and their songs sung by...

Wow, winter is back here in Berlin...back to shovelling snow for a day or two. I'm proud of myself today, went to the gym this morning and did my usual "stair stepper only" regimen... and this time I stayed on for a full 130 minutes = 2,100 kcals stepped away. Didn't even feel tired afterwards, just strangely "high" :-)
So what else is new... there...

Aw, love the birdie pic.

I always enjoy your blogs. You have some great pics in here. I really like the birdies and the version of Kiki. ^_^ Also, way to go on the epic stair stepper session. It's always nice when you just have that "high" after a really long work out. Dancing and swimming are about the only things that can leave me feeling that way.

I think he also said there's three things that count in real estate: location, location, and location.

Thanks for your support and I'm glad you discovered the tree of life!
Cooking up a big batch of miso soup as I write (well, not literally at the same time)... is the taste of miso paste straight out of the package amazingly delicious or is just me being famished?
BTW, you'll be relieved to hear there will be no Thigh-High Thursday pics of yours truly.

Well, there's always Freaky Friday to tide y'all over. Or was that Fanny Friday?
arroia:
Oh, that's a tough one. Freaky, me thinks!
Love the poem. It is simple and short, but it says a lot.
