Wow, every once in a while a new Hopeful comes along who completely floors me with her style and beauty... @adriella is one of them. Her debut set may be called NO RUSH but believe me, y'all better rush over there and drop some love on her, she's bound to be pink sooner rather than later!

...the German Baltic coast, that is. We just spent a nice 3.5-day weekend in the Darss region on the German coast, just a little slip of land lodged between the Baltic Sea proper and a lagoon-like saltwater body called the Bodden. The small region is frequented by vacationers from Berlin and other cities, and many of the beautifully outfitted traditional or newly built houses are...

That landscape's very reminiscent to me of Norfolk, England, a place I visited as a teenager - it's all rivers, flat, me and my father hired a boat and just sailed around, it was one of the most relaxing places I ever went to.

Typical, show all of the nice relaxing pictures and avoid the stressful traffic jam. 😉😉😉😉 Today the Traffic didn't double the travel time, but didn't let me reach the diner that I wanted to have lunch at. But it did let me reach a favorite coffee stop. Where I got to chat with the owner of a craft brew pub across the street. While a nice place to learn about, sad in two ways: 1- 18 wheel driver, a brew with lunch is out. 2- unless it is Gluten Free, beer is out.

Hi! Lately, I've mostly been lurking on the site, dropping some love here and there on deserving sets, but staying mostly silent. Life had a way of intervening whenever I briefly felt the urge to blog. But the month of May, at least here in Germany, is a friendly month, with several national holidays conveniently placed on Thursday or Tuesdays, giving worker drones a chance...

A few days off always helps - as long as you're not stressing about work on holiday haha. Looks lush! Be sure to post the next leg too 👌
ferkixlll:
Where you like many of us, who need to go back to work to rest up from a long weekend/vacation?

Looks like I haven't posted something new on here in quite a while... took a short trip to the German Baltic Sea coast and the city of Wismar the week before Easter, so here's a few typical regional shots. Just after we left to spend Easter weekend with my wife's family, they had something of a blizzard, kind of a last gasp of winter... and...

Loving the architecture! On our end of the Earth it's slowly getting darker and more miserable - granted it makes it easier to sleep, but the cold and rain is gonna get to me soon :(
ferkixlll:
@kaicito - the Pigs might be a Guild sign. There is an automobile bridge I've crossed in Connecticut that had a pair of Frogs on each end. Hard to say more as driving across the bridge didn't leave much time to check the frogs out further.

Just a lil reminder of the one and only @jeh who's seldom on here but appreciates new followers on IG...

A girl from the silver age of SG, when the models were still really alternative looking and had more than one or two tattoos and/or piercings and were a lot less like, well, mainstream models.

Folks, for those of you who are reading my infrequent contributions, I'm happy to report that my days (months, actually) of employmentlessness may be drawing to a close. Once more, this would mean a somewhat new field, and a new work environment and job description to get accustomed to.

My job would be as resident psychologist and nominal head of a small institution that provides...

Sounds like an interesting job, definitely rewarding work, though I'd think it'd have its days because of the age group.
