Did y'all notice that @astraia had not one, but two sets out this week? An indoors (in-bath, even) one, and an outdoors one. @torlano Thank you for sharing (to use a trite and banal phrase, I know). I'll let that sink in a little bit, but by and large, we're on the same wavelength. I can say that I also value "alone time" as an indispensable means of recharging my batteries, which tend to get drained from constant human interaction. I definitely like your remarks about how one's life is limited; I notice I get a little impatient with the stuff that wastes my time (not counting SG, of course).

Understood. I don't believe I know the "truth"; I only know my perspective and what's best for me. Each person should discover what works best for them on their own.
I spend time as I will or at my own discretion. It's not wasted if I'm enjoying myself well. I'm here to enjoy my life as best I may and help others that I value do the same. I choose not to waste time on people who bring me down, treat me poorly or who scatter my focus.
