Having been a fan of Italian mega ragazza @jackye since forever, I'm super happy with her first set KITCHEN AID beautifully shot by @r_girardi and out now in MR. It's clear she'll be an SG sooner rather than later, and who knows, maybe we'll see another case of instapinkness! Hop on over and give her some amore please :-)

Dry Bones

The BBC's "The Singing Detective" is probably too dated for most of guys and gals on here, but it was a spectacular show, starring Michael Gambon. Here's a good representative bit of it...the macabre number "Dry Bones" starts around 6:30 but if you can, stick around for the first 6 and a half minutes as well.

As an adopted Berliner, I can relate to most of these, though not to all... for instance, I have no idea what YAAM is supposed to be, and no one here would say KEBAP (the -Turkish- word is döner). They're spot on about the dog poo though, and most other things.

There's a thread in one of the groups about "closest SG friends" that set me thinking. I really appreciate the community here, and I know some people I have interacted with at least somewhat more than just clicking "like" on their posts or pictures or sets, but I think it would stretch the meaning of the word friendship too much to presume to call them...

While at least looking professional, I'm nevertheless underwhelmed by both. While a great man told me that it's nice when comprehending something requires just a little bit of effort because it is then more memorable and one has a relationship with it, I have utterly failed to comprehend either graphic symbol at all. Keeping in mind that I may be an outlier since the famous Batman logo looked like uvulas to me for years, the first reminds me either of a double barreled shotgun or a skull while the second resembles a forehead with a very significant growth on it. If the intended meanings are obvious to normal people then so be it. ;)

@jozsef Thank you! As you can see from ym own comment, I was none too happy with either graphic myself. As this whole fiverr thing was new to me, this may be my own failing, because I didn't give the designer any guidance as to what type of graphic I had in mind (I was more like "surprise me!"). It is a difficult task to graphically express something as elusive as "personality" I suppose. I've asked for a revision, giving clearer ideas now, and I'll post again once the final design is in.

This made a dull and rainy day worthwhile...
