I'm afraid my (dare I say) SG friend @wolfetone11 will regret having tagged me with this quiz, as my replies are on the boring side:
1. Any travel, vacation or holiday plans for summer?
We usually avoid Summer vacations and instead take them in late Spring or early Fall; we had a short one in early July this year, and will have two weeks in the first half of September. Due to the pandemic, both of these were/will be within Germany, in somewhat out-of-the-way places.
2. Any summer traditions you or your family have?
Not really. We used to go to the Waldbuehne concert of the Berlin Philharmonic (an open-air amphitheater venue with a picnic atmosphere), but haven't been in years since it got too crowded for our taste. The last few years we picked concerts from the offerings of the Young Euro Classics, a festival of youth orchestras, but took a break last year (we did stream some of the concerts)
3. With the hot summer we are experiencing, do you have a favorite place to go swimming? Lake, Waterfall, Creek, River or beach?
9. What's some mixed drinks you like in the summertime. Or maybe you like beer or wine.
I'm ashamed to say I haven't gone swimming in years. Plus I'm a bit squeamish when it comes to lakes or rivers, and the next beach is too distant.
4. Are you having a normal, hot, heatwave, or extremely hot summer in your state in the US, Canada, Mexico and other countries, tell us were your from.
Summer has been fairly hot here in Berlin, Germany, with a high but not record number of 90+°F days. However, and in contrast to the last few years,we also had a lot of rain, so it's been humid quite often.
5. I think tan lines are sexy. Girls and Members your opinion.
I totally approve of tan lines and can't believe anyone thinks otherwise!
6. Did you enjoy Camp Suicide Girl? And what Camp Group were you in?
I was in Camp Lust, but somehow I didn't notice too much activity that I could relate to. Or maybe I'm not made for camping?

7. Favorite summer activities, and write down five things.
Summer isn't my favorite time of year, so a favorite activity is hiding from too much sun and staying indoors. Or is that two activities? Sitting in the shade (or with my straw hat on) on our balcony while reading a book and/or having a cigar when my wife isn't around to complain of the smoke, are a few Summer activities; other than that, I don't do anything much in Summer that I don't do year round.
8. What's your favorite fresh vegetables from a summer garden? Name three vegetables.
We eats loads of veggies all year round, in Summer we enjoy homegrown squash and tomatoes, as well as storebought eggplant.
9. What's some mixed drinks you like in the summertime. Or maybe you like beer or wine.
In the summertime (or any time really), I like a nice Mojito, but generally I stick to beer (there's a craft beer brewery just down the street from us) or white wine (Riesling, Chardonnay, or Portuguese Vinho Verde)
10. It's summertime and hot outside and your favorite things to drink. Name 3 favorites
I do as the Arabs do, namely, drink hot drinks in order to cool down - espresso coffee in the morning, black tea with milk the English way in the afternoon, and stick to still mineral water the rest of the day (also, see #9). Once in a while a Pepsi or Mountain Dew!

@kaicito do you have a humidor situation going on? I think we can definitely get Cuban here as there's no trade embargo. Sumatran does sound more exotic however...

@deesilvs No humidor, my consumption of cigars is really too rare for that. Having said that, I recently bought a box of 25, which should last me at least half a year... and at that rate, the last ones may be dried out before I can smoke them...
