I don't mind random friend requests. It seems far more strange for that to occur if I had naked pictures of myself posted on the Internet. Then again, I'm not an SG model.
I just felt it worth mentioning that for the first time I ran 4 miles today without a break! It's only important to me in as much as this running routine has seemed to help me considerably with managing my panic attacks. Although I know it's not like you can just pull over on the side of the freeway and run a few laps.

Dude, you'll be able to quit smoking when you're really ready to quit smoking. I know it sounds hokey but it'll true and you'll accomplish that feat once you're ready to.
