ahh bleach. I get dangerous with bleach. Once in school I kept bleaching and rebelaching a chunk to get it a milky white. Which was never going to happen. And i broke all the hair off.

my hypnotherapy on monday was interesting. i didn't get hypnotized, the doctor just got my history. this coming tuesday, at my next appointment, i'll be hypnotized.
have any of you ever been hypnotized?

My parents smoked for many years and then quit Now they are the most stauch non-smoking advocates. My sister has hidden her smoking from them for like 7 years.

Awww. I've had such a love/hate relationship with the ciggies. Currently, it's been a year since I've quit again. They have nursed me through some pretty rough times, but my stupid respiratory system has always been questionable, so it's time for me to say goodbye for good.

Howard Stern cured his OCD with transidental meditation! I definately feel alot smoother around the edges after I do yoga in the evenings...I thingk I need to keep it up more.
my last year's resolution was to smoke more.
i succeeded.
this year's resolution is to quit smoking.
it's been approximately 18 hours so far and i am very cranky. very, very cranky. i'm wearing the patch which is making me super hyper and ancy. but i'm countering with zanax.
yay me.
