STD's are like hugs, everyone gets one
Yep that's what I said after someone I like very much gave me a hug. Not to their face or anything, but maybe I should have. Maybe it would have made him stop second guessing his feelings for me. Complications are dumb! You're parents are great when you don't have to live with them. Money is amazing when you have it. Getting drunk is great until the morning after. Guys are confusing. I'm still dreading Christmas. Depression sucks, especially when you don't have anyone to help you through it. Smoking is bad but menthol cigarettes taste so good, especially when they're free. I still like a guy who hurt me, however unitentionally and probably will again and a guy twice my age who has hang ups over his self eesteem. All in all my life is a lose lose situation.

i have also noticed in my life a large number of meaningless hugs, or other affection given because it seems obligatory and is not truly heartfelt. it makes you feel cheap afterwards. i don't like it.
