I'm starting back fresh. I used to be very consistent with my diet & training and then a lot of things changed in life. I honestly just didn't care what I ate, or even if I worked out much anymore. I started doing crossfit occasionally which I do enjoy a lot, but it's tough to fit in my schedule consistently.
I ended up putting a small gym together in the garage at my work, but training alone is tough to get motivated some times. So I'm starting fresh this week. As of today, I am 226lbs at 5'11" tall. I will be starting my diet and training back up this week and I plan to update this often for those who may like to follow my progress.
