Really, this is just getting silly.
Can't sleep even though I was passing out on the couch.
Get into bed and my pulse keeps speeding along and my body shocking itself awake in minute anxiety bursts every few seconds.
Coincidentally I had an upset tummy anyway. In and out and in and out.
First I zombie walked around with no lights and crawled in and out of bed.
Tried some easy listening next to the fish tank with a book. Then some tv. Now I'm here.
And I start my new job tomorrow.
Seems old habits really do die hard, especially when it comes to anxiety.

I've got a lovely bunch of coconuts deedleedee here they are a standing in a row bumbumbumbum

At least I'm not shaking Sam awake in a freakout, mass improvement. Though last time I was really good at being able to lay there and make myself take it without getting of of bed once. Still, loads of improvement.

And I'm hooked to the english comedy the IT Crowd. Moss even made an appearance in my dream last night.

If I fell asleep right now I could get in a little more than 3.5 hrs, but I doubt that's happening. Let's see what happens.

I recently started taking an herbal pill that helps to relax you. Taking 1 helps get me to bed and close my eyes, 2, a decent nights rest...3, it's the best sleep I've had. I don't use it everyday but when I'm at loss for sleep I'd take em. Truly made a difference. Hope your first day at work goes great.
