Things I love about PMS are my boobs feel like they swell 3 times their size when really they just get a leettle swollen enough to make me have IBT cleavages. I don't even mind the pain because it makes me so giddy... but fuck... right after my period it's all gone.
Not fair!
I have such a shit remember I just went through my... Read More
I've heard a few different herbs proposed as good for prompting boob growth.
There's one commercial herbal breast growth supplement called "Erdic" that's pretty much just hops flowers. Their program was you take two pills, three times a day. Expect it to be two months before growth starts. Their other tips are never, ever miss a dose, and drink plenty of water.
I've also heard fenugreek seed and wild yam root as a blend for the purpose. These are supposed to work a little faster. You can also sprout the fenugreek, and it's pretty yummy that way, as opposed to pill form. (It has a faint hint of maple syrup favor with a crisp, bitter finish.)
All of these herbs are VASTLY cheaper if you just buy them in bulk, and mix them up yourself. As opposed to buying some packaged product. You can get them all, organic, pure, by the pound, online.
For example, you can get fenugreek seed for 10$ a pound. Hops are more expensive at 80$ a pound, but that's a lot of hops: Flowers are light. You'd have a hard time going through that much hops while it was still fresh.
Even though it's Thursday I just finished my first week at the new job. Ees good so far. Still too soon to see how the finances are going to work out, for better or poorer.
But it's still not the end of my week. Kept the weekend job so only off on Saturdays, ew 6 days, BUT during the week I get off at 5pm... Read More

I recently started taking an herbal pill that helps to relax you. Taking 1 helps get me to bed and close my eyes, 2, a decent nights rest...3, it's the best sleep I've had. I don't use it everyday but when I'm at loss for sleep I'd take em. Truly made a difference. Hope your first day at work goes great.
I'm good! Apparantly the quitting smoking and cutting down caffiene and basically giving up smoking trees really fucked me up emotionally and played some severe hard ball with my anxiety/panic disorder.
In the last couple of weeks I've gotten a much better hand on it, avoided several meltdowns by basically making my body take the symptoms and not... Read More
I've just had a full blown panic attack for about 9 hours. Actually I'm still pretty much having it mixed with no sleep. Those who know me know what these are like. I'm hurtin. Sam U El was there the whole time helping me through it. For people with disorders like mine this is what makes life hard and painful.
My panic attacks have become MUCH less frequent and MUCH milder since I started working out and put on a bit of muscle weight. Now that I'm not super-skinny but more or less fit, they've almost gone away entirely. Which is not to say that I don't still have stress, but it's not the full-blown panic attacks I used to experience.
For stress, the big thing that seems to cut the edge is eating, especially medium-slow burning carbs. Starches like potatoes, whole wheat bread, whatever. I know you've said your stomach is in knots, but in my experience, I just have to force through that and then everything gets better half an hour to an hour later. If it's really difficult, something sugary can give me a moment of calm to un-knot the stomach while being easier to get down. (i.e. sip a soda) But that needs to be followed with some real slow-burning calories after to make it stick, because sugar calories burn off too fast, especially when you're freaking out.
My theory is that many of my panic attacks were triggered by adrenaline release from hunger. This is natural: When you get hungry, your body wants you amped up to find food. Also, adrenaline mediates the body's self-digestion when there's not enough food to supply the energy you need to keep going. So for a couple reasons, hunger triggers adrenaline.
In the long term for preventing panic attacks, weight lifting has been great for me. Having a bit of muscle has done wonders for stabilizing my body chemistry and I can't recommend it highly enough.
