You know you're poor when you get excited about food. Yesterday I went grocery shopping and actually remembered to use my Safeway Club Card. Then I came home and ate 3 bowls of shells n' cheese like a white trash bitch. Food is great.
Just a random thought...I think Christian Scientists are starting to take over Portland.
This epiphany happened upon me last night while I was having a cigarette on the fire escape, admiring my lovely view of the Safeway on 10th + Jefferson AND, coincidentally, THE CHRISTIAN SCIENCE READING room, which is right across from my building. THE CHRISTIAN SCIENCE READING ROOM happens to be attached to a massive ugly brick Church very close to the art museum, which, coincidentally (or maybe not?!), is right by campus.
Also, there is a Christian Science reading room over by Pioneer Square, which we know is considered by many youth to be the "hip" and "with it" place to be. I have also noticed a massive influx of annoying and borderline psychotic "preachers" all over town.
Watch out. The Christian Scientists are coming for you.
Tonight I'm going to the movies with some SG members. I plan on drinking lots of beer before I venture out, because I don't do well with meeting new people. They have medications for crippling anixiety and depression, why don't they have medication for accute shyness? bah.

I hate that building, it is what i call a waste of space. At least the bricks could be recycled.
