I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season. Mine was fantastic! Yea, I got some cool gifts. But more so, it was just an overall great experience. I can honestly say this was the best Christmas season since the innocence of childhood was lost when Santa's true identity was revealed. It started with Yukletide trip to Philly to visit with Pinch and Gadget. Then, the company party was a really good time. My cousin's Christmas Eve party? See previous journal entry. New Year's Eve I took Mom out for dinner. then it was off to my cousin's for a laid back NYE, followed the next day by the traditional pork(hot dogs for me), mashed potatoes and sauerkraut meal.
My good friend, Adam, called me the other day. His country band, Southern Ride, is back together and they've got a couple of jobs comin' up. He asked me to run sound and lights for the shows. And he's got a professional setup. Not like the mickeymouse setup the other band I used to roadie for had. It should be alot of fun.
