In the 24-hour world we live in, I fear that this is an impossible problem. Β I live in Chicago, and if you think New York deserves the moniker "the city that never sleeps" then you've never been here. Β I live in an apartment and there is almost always at least 1 person home, and to find all 3 of us home (even in the middle of the night) is a rarity. Β It used to be, we were on the same schedule as the rest of us per time zone because we based our working days on if the sun was shining on our section of the planet at that time. Β This is no longer true, and there are people everywhere who have different times for different lives. Β I actually wouldn't want to solve the problem, even if I could, because we all lead different lifestyles and to be forced to live a certain lifestyle so that you could sleep at the same time as the whole world, would kind of take away that ability.
