Today was boring as all fuck...although I did manage to get out of the house for a bit with my dog. Didn't go to work today,just therapy. I want to get started writing again because I miss it and I miss having the motivation to do so. That I know will come back soon,I can't wait until the EMDR therapy starts I'm kind of scared about it but whateva it will be fine I'm sure. Childhood regression is a bitch though. I wish someone could give me some pointers on how to calm my nerves cause I'm running out of options.
