Strictly speaking I have never been the a psychiatrist or psychologist before and frankly i probably can't afford one or even if i can i certainly don't want to hemorrhage money on pills I've lived without for 30 years. That probably doesn't mean my head shouldn't be examined just so I know what I am dealing with.

These days I am less and less excited...

@imporeo this blog is full of so many deep and very important issues. I can't agree with you more on hatred for humanity. While I don't know what your exact age is, I would like to share with you something from my therapy sessions and I actually am starting to feel this particular notion rather than just read about it, and that is that every human being has the exact same core worth. Be it a politician, your next door neighbor, the old woman at the pharmacy store, famous people, me, you, we all have the same core worth and no one and nothing can take it away from us till the day we die. When you mention things like being ugly or too dumb, or too smart, or unfit, these are all externals. Externals can certainly cause us humans into thinking we are not worthy of anyone or anything. Now I'm certainly not giving you advice, I'm in no position to be advising anyone, I"m just sharing with you some stuff from my therapy sessions because I'm totally with you in all of what you have described in your blog. If you're interested, I can send you some workbook chapters on self-esteem that I got from my own therapist. I personally believe that every human on this planet, should have a good knowledge of who they are as individuals and what they want out of this life..if it were that way, then probably people wouldn't take out their insecurities on others, and I think that would result in a more safer and positive earth. :)

@sertraline it sounds pleasant and too much for my liking. I can't believe that deep down we are all the same (and I don't me the blood and guts and bones). How do you explain criminals or people who just do good because they enjoy making people happy? The fact is I'm just a broken thing floating through the sea of humanity collecting detritus (feel free to replace it with the actual word that should go there) until I either fall apart under the weight of it all or become complete. So is the rest of humanity although most seem to think they are alright with their fad diets and shallow personalities and debt repayments

I've just about finished my month off from work. Wasn't exciting for the most part since I spent the majority of the time video gaming. I did manage to get some of the more important stuff done like get a pretty good plan written for my European trip later this year. Now I just have to book everything which looks daunting and still requires me...

This was my celebration last night NYE. I figured I would either have an expensive night or a cheap night. Spent $20 all up and that includes travel so I did a good job making it cheap. My three amigos I got as a gift and I decided they would join me.

Some before and after shots of me on the night. The front camera

Happy New Year! You look very dapper in a top hat. LOL @ those folks practically sitting on you - ever hear the song "Mr. Cellophane" from the musical Chicago? All in all, you had a better night than I did - I'm down with a cold and for the first time in ages the wife and I didn't even make it to midnight. Pathetic, that's what we are. Here's to a better 2016 for us all!
imporeo:
Don't be so down on yourself @kaicito . The fact you spent NYE with the person you love most should be enough and besides there were probably heaps of other people unable to stay up until midnight

Well I still look like me but I have taken to comparing myself to the Millennium Falcon in that I might be old and not much to look at but I got it where it counts.

Also I may have had an epiphany or something like that. I seem to no longer be shy in asking women out; not that I have had any success...

I can quite easily say that I am quite the social outcast. Most people can just say they like some stuff and people will be like OMG I like said stuff too and suddenly everyone is friends; me I don't like enough things for that sort of thing to work and also on account of being ugly people don't want to be associated with that...

So over the weekend my parents/grandparents put together a minor birthday celebration (at my insistence although I really wanted just a dinner but bugger what I want and I still don't think they understand why I would want such a low key occasion - btw the reason will appear in one of the pics)

So we stayed at the Atura Hotel which is next to...

Can't say I am glad to be thirty. To me it is just another number and yet everyone is making a big deal out of it. Perhaps it is because most of them have plentiful friends and family to share these sorts of occasions with where as I have pretty much nobody. Suffice to say it was a pretty good day. Work was slow and

An establishing shot of Bondi Beach where this even takes place every year. Its basically a walk from Bondi beach to Tamarama Beach with primarily outdoor sculptures and it is on for a couple of weeks. I went after a day at work on a Saturday and found it quite good despite the hordes of people bumbling around.

So when I started taking pictures I

That's a lot of art, thanks for sharing! I like your captions/interpretations. Off topic, a longtime pen pal of mine used to live in Bondi Beach, but I think somehow he never shared a picture - so it's nice to finally know what it looks like.
imporeo:
@kaicito I am not sure I am doing Bondi just with just these pictures. There is plenty more of it, hell the area is quite large and in fact it's about a half hour walk from the station to bondi beach
