ok, so this is really messing with my head. i just woke up, and once again, another really fucking intense dream about a good friend of my boyfriend's. what in the hell is going on in my subconscious? it's really disturbing. i mean, my boyfriend and i have been together for almost 3 years, i'm pretty crazy about the guy, but in all of these dreams i always pick his friend over him, and it's just fucked up. it's not even sex. it's like, in each dream, this other guy and i kind of start up this steamy romance, and are like "shit, what are we gonna do about this" as we fall deeper and deeper into each other. i mean, his friend is a really great guy. i like him a lot. we even write each other letters lately, like on paper, way cooler than email. and he is really cool, but when i'm awake, it's pretty clear to me that i'm not like, madly in love with the guy or anything. and he'd probably say the same thing about me.
it's kind of wierd, because on some level, i feel like this is some kind of wierd sign, that i should make a move on this guy, just to see what happens, but i really don't want to throw away a wonderful 3 year relationship because a dream seemed to think it was a good idea. besides, probably nothing would come of it anyways except a lot of embarassment and hurt feelings.
THIS IS REALLY MESSING WITH MY HEAD.
i know, on the scale of big problems, this is barely a blip, but people, does anyone have a clue about what one can do do stop dreaming about someone?
