today has turned out way better than i expected. pessimism really is rewarding sometimes.

really, being anti-valentine's day is just as stupid as being for it, either way you're making a big deal over a holiday that's really just supposed to let you express love for someone in ways you might not do during the rest of the year. like with anal. or a nice card. whatever.

i miss hearing a song i've never heard before and falling totally in love with it, singing it all the time, being really excited when it comes on the radio or whatever. that hasn't happened to me in fucking years. maybe i'm too goddamned cynical?

it would be really nice to have even one day of straight sunshine and hot weather. i think if i could lie out in the sun for a few hours, i would be happier about everything.

man, i haven't done any serious coffee drining in a long time. maybe denny's wasn't the best choice for starters. i feel like the exorcist head spinning round dealy. you know things are getting freaky when somelameo suggests that i take some sedatives. rarrrr.

all you can eat sushi seems like it would be really awesome, but i ate way too much and now i hurt all over.

and all this fun has made me long for hours of homework and thesis time. i am apparently a megadork. but a cute one, no?

today, i win. it's been all around awesome.

so these two sausages are cooking in a frying pan, and one of them looks over at the other one and says "man, i guess we're really screwed now" and the other one says "holy fucking christ it's a talking sausage!!!"
