Back on the couch....
A feeling of dread has been dominating for over a week now.
I feel disconnected.
I think perhaps I'm angry (I'm always angry) and I don't know why, or what it's directed at, or how it got started.
It's cold as heaven outside....the sky is purple/blue with pink highlights....I love October, and all that it reminds me of what should have been.
It's been odd. I'll write more....
Thankfully I have my one constant....
