I guess you could say I'm overdue for good luck. Yeah, I've had some luck here and there, but it never stays. I usually am heard saying "If I didn't have bad luck, I'd have no luck at all." And looking back on my life, I don't really think it was bad luck. I think it was more of a "careful what you wish for cuz it might just come true." But I never saw the consequences of that wish, but does anyone ever really see the consequences?

Yes and no. Around the end of April of 2003 I quit smoking after 7 years and joined a gym. I really love working out and now I have a home gym, but my quest to get healther really didn't start until last September when I came down with anaerobic pneumonia, which is basically a hole the lungs. They thought it was cancer. That changed my outlook on life. Since then I have been trying to get out of my miserable and uber-stressful job. I've completely rewritten my resume, and now have 5 of them for different job fields. I'm still stuck in the same job. And my healthy eating has gone down the drain with each passing day with the stress getting more unbearable to handle. It just seems like my stars have never been in alignment for much longer than a few seconds for me. Every good thing has come with a curse of problems. Every bad thing has come with a curse of even more problems. It's life's vicious cycle for me right now. I've been trying to break out of it for 10 years, if not since I was born.
3. Tell me one thing you're grateful for...doesn't matter how small.
Music and Weightlifting. Without music I would probably have followed through with the thoughts of suicide (and sometimes on the brink of committing the act) throught my teens. The only place I sought help from was music. Some way for me to let my anger out. Weightlifting has been in my life for a little over a year and it has helped me try to counterbalance the stress from work. Together with music I am at peace for that hour that I am working out. Music and weightlifting are my religion.
