currently dying some of my hair purple..
in the meantime i can tell you about my day..
almost overslept
but left the house mostly on time
class went well, monday all ive got to do is make creme anglaise and do some plating
im going in early on monday (530) to make some more garnishes..
mostly spirals.. out of chocolate and vanilla tuile..
burned my left thumb right middle finger forming them. oww..
why did i burn myself you ask? because you have to grab them off the tray right out of the oven.. they can only be formed while hot..and man WERE THEY HOT...
boy am i in for some fun tonight..
yet again jimcurt99 will agree
you will all see them once they are plated with the desserts..
