Then you should have asked why you were passed over at the place you were a substitute teacher for. That would make me mad if a less qualified person got a job out from under me! I think emailing (or calling) the Director at this new place on Monday is a great idea and I hope they open up some more spots to give you even more of a chance!

so I just rejected my first person applying for the Psychology group. the person had no name and an anonymous account. seriously....the name was blank. nothing I could click on. has anyone here ever encountered such a person before?
I do think I had a snafu in the banning...but there was something that set my "Spider Sense" off with everything.

Too true. I have as much faith in the readership as I do in the higher ups, which is to say almost none. But still I like to think there's someone out there with the right priorities in order.
