Sounds a little bit top heavy. Considering the managers make more money than the people who do real work, if I was the actual owner, I know whose hours I'd be cutting.

Sounds like they are going with the Staples plan - eliminate as many full time positions as possible and replace them with part-time employees that don't require the same benefits and cost outlays. Then you increase your employee count and "Voila!", you're a job creator.

I prefer Moen, but Delta is good as well. Just DO NOT buy them from Home Depot. Even with an almost exact part number, the HD ones will have plastic parts inside.
