so I don't work Tuesday from 8 PM through Saturday at 9 PM....what shall I do?
and in better news....saw "her" last night again.
Her....the story.
a customer who is wildly sarcastic that used to come in the nights I worked. we could spend a 1/2 hour easily chatting about whatever. kind of cute. but to me, even better, love her personality (sarcastic and devious humor). then she dropped the bombshell....boyfriend of 8 years she lives with.
new schedule, don't see her as often. then see her in September...said boyfriend called from Chicago to dump her over the phone. he cried....as she put it "What a pussy."
so now we see each other sporadically. great times to chat. she seems to find me if I'm working register.
so it was nice seeing her again.
and to give you a sense of her humor....in college she took a philosophy class where you had to write a pro and con paper on a controversial topic. her classmates wrote about abortion, capital punishment, and birth control....the typical topics. her choice....cannibalism. and she had more pros than cons. she feels her professor did not quite grasp her sense of humor.
what is there not to love....well, she would be better if she didn't like cats and rode a motorcycle, but hey, no one can be perfect, right?

Need I remind you that you are employed - ITS A REAL JOB. She talks to you every time she is there. It doesn't sound like she has a problem with what you do for a living. You may not get another chance. This is as perfect as its going to get.
