so rejected for a Middle School Counselor position (grade 7 and 8). at the school my sister's boyfriend works at. I wasn't even interviewed. I found out the name, mentioned to my mom, and she goes "He sounds familiar...think he either subbed there or his wife works there." go figure (fast process, too....got through 100 applicants to selection in about 2 weeks).
