well, step-father's dad is moved in (at least partially). now its going through the apartment with 30+ years of accumulated stuff. thankfully, the apartment is leased through the end of July....and my step-father's brother (I call him "Uncle" in part out of respect) and his wife (I call her "Aunt" for the same reason) are coming from Chicago to help sort through things.

got in touch with an old manager again....she already put her recommendation in for me to a member of the Board of Education regarding a school counselor position in the area. its a small district, very rural. and my feelings.....its a job. and more importantly, a small school, which is good for me.

today starts the overnights again. I fully screwed up my sleep schedule the other day....and still have it screwed up. the entire 6 or less hours of sleep at a time....it bites at times. what makes it tougher is that I tire out faster as well (so after 8 to 10 hours, I want a nap). oh well....I'll deal somehow. considering I work overnights three times this week, it should be fun (tonight, Monday night, and Friday night). plus I do lots of shifts late night cashiering (the other person who has the availability and is competent on the job....she's taking time off). it should be fun!
