well, three phone numbers and 1 transfer later...and I left a voice mail for someone to get back to me.

Thanks, Hell. You offer great advice. I have called the cops on them once already. They got quiet for an hour and then resumed.

I like the idea of a police report, if the landlords won't evict them.
