tomorrow at 3 PM, my work week will end. I do not return until Sunday at 11:30 PM. and I am quite happy.
lately, the schedule has been fucked up so many times, its amazing. huge gaps in certain coverages. such a shortage in cashier hours that its ridiculous.
so we are employing a new technique....stating that customers are complaining, and saying they would rather shop at a competitor's store than ours right now because of the lines and lack of people on register.
and why are they doing all of this? to cut hours down from last year...oh, BTW, the sales numbers are UP from last year.
yeah, that makes sense, doesn't it?
