busy week...Saturday will become a "me" day (unless the somewhat cute and extremely devious coordinator needs help moving....then I'll help).....let's see...
Sunday and Monday night were both working overnight shifts....Tuesday was a messed up sleep day.
Wednesday, teaching Chemistry for 2 blocks...Thursday was a busy day at work (lots of cleaning and moving things...the District Manager came in to visit).
Friday....teaching general science to 6th graders.
yup...busy week...time for sleep and relaxation and laundry on Saturday.....
and your weekend plans?
SATURDAY UPDATES...
well, laundry is going, cleaned out my dresser drawers (tossing out stuff not needed). got a pork shoulder about ready to go into the oven (got a nice rub on it, some salt and pepper....cooking it at 450 F for about 15 minutes to sear/seal in the juices, then finishing it up at 325 F until done to 145 F internal temp....let it rest for about 10 minutes, cube it up and get it ready to go in the slow cooker for a while, to make it into pulled pork). time to tackle the desk, pay bills, and such....a good, productive day!
