bittersweet day today (kind of).
got an e-mail telling me that I need to fill out some paperwork, then I become an active substittute teacher for Greece (where I live). it gets my foot in the door and gets me known.
then my step-father called around 12:25 PM. telling me that his mother died around 12:10 PM this today. she went in the hospital last week feeling "odd". in the hospital they found 2 brain aneurysms. on Thursday, both aneurysms burst, and she pretty much went from there to a point where she was unresponsive.
add to that yesterday being the 5th year anniversary of my Maternal uncle's death, and tomorrow is my mom and step-father's 20th year wedding anniversary....yeah, busy week.
