so a new healthcare bill is being pushed again.

I agree, in the US, everyone should have access to health care. as an "industrialized" nation that is supposed to be so advance, the fact that not everyone has access to health care is, well, pitiful.

but fund it by taxing the rich again? okay, I'm not rich. why not investigate and fund it through these organizations that were set-up to keep health care costs down? you know, the ones making billions in profits while raising rates and cutting services?

just a thought....if HMO's are not doing their job (keeping health care costs down), maybe they need to go...or have some kind of regulation put on them. we didn't regulate banks, look where it led us. we don't regulate HMO's, where will it lead us?

but I digress....

so today, having the first full day off in at least a week and a half...what did I do? not much. laundry and slept basically. it was nice!

and next week (score!), I do not have to work Tuesday night...so I won't have to drive 5 hours or so on 5 hous or less of sleep! yay!
