so finally got in contact with the person. now its time to fill out a background check form (hmmm...I'm certified in New York state, had to pass a background check AND fingerprinting check). so not too worried.
what then? formalized interview next week (over the phone). then 3 day visit. and if they like me, go from there.
and then it will be "So long Wegmans!"
and ways to get your heart pumping...last night, 1 AM, driving for a late night snack food run at Wegmans with my neighbor, pass a cop (I'm doing no more than 5 over), he swings around. oh shit. he comes by me, and then turns around again. huh? the problem...well, my insurance card is in my house (so that's easy to take care of) and my inspection expired August 2009 (oops). so that'll be taken care of Friday. but why did he turn around like that? just glad he didn't pull me over!
