so continuing the job searching...honestly, almost 2 years of this bullshit. and still going on.
oh well...continue to defer my student loans. if Citibank says anything, I'll ask what big banks helped to create a situation where the schools had to lay off so many people, that the job market might be glutted for years with experienced professionals, making job searching for someone brand new like me impossible (I don't know anyone to get me in, either, so I'm pretty much screwed). see what they say.
in other news...the toilet handle broke. now, my step-father is the type that freaks out about small stuff. so this, if he finds out, he'll flip out about. unless he does it. then its okay.
case in point....one time he got a phone bill with some long-distance calls...I made the calls and told my mom about it and said "When the bill comes in, let me know how much I owe."
he gets the bill...see the charges....and then calls the phone company, going ballistic about the charges, wanting to know where they're from, everything. he gets done, my mom gets home, he asks her, and she tells him. did he have to go ballistic that day, that minute, on the phone company, making phone calls, instead of asking? nope...but that's how he is.
so the toilet handle....well, super glued it on. wait until he uses it and has it break. then it'll be "no big deal"....well, except then he'll go out (probably to Big Lots), buy the cheapest handle he can find, and then spend the next 3 hours replacing it.
if I'm up before he does that, I'll go to Home Depot, get something sturdy that will last, and probably spend 5 minutes.
yeah, I need to get a job and get out of here!
EDIT: and got "the letter" from North Tioga. so rejected there. but Eckerd Youth Alternatives sent mean e-mail, want me to call for a 10 to 15 minute "chat". calling tomorrow.

take note from this dog....be kind to your dogs this year!
