so I have now changed the front brakes of my car and a rear wheel bearing. actually, a wheel hub.
and easier than the brakes!
take off the tire
take off the brake drum (that big metal cover thing)
take off the dust cap
remove the nut
remove the hub
push on the new hub
put on the nut, torque to 160 foot lbs. (or hit 150 then give it a good "umph")
replace the dust cap (nice and secure)
replace the brake drum
replace the tire!
yay!
then decided to check fluids....and my hood latch wouldn't close. but its good now!
and how was your Monday?
and a girl I used to work with today, on Facebook, told me how she's moving back to the area.
and lost 60 lbs.
and has a crush on me.
she's 20.
and I get along with her.
but who knows.
after all, there's a girl I've chatted wtih a few times that shops at my store who seems cool, too!
