for me, well, my sleep schedule got messed up Tuesday night...basically I slept all day long, got up around 10 PM, stayed awake until 3 AM, then slept until around 7 AM. which meant I got tired out around midnight last night.

which meant I could wake up, do laundry, dishes, and some yardwork (filling some stones back up that were low). and buy my comic books (yes, a geek like that).

so the picture I posted in my last blog....someone told me that would be considered modern art. you tell me.

so what else? time to fold laundry, take a shower, finish my job applications, and get ready for fun. maybe (if the weather holds out) do some major trimming of the rose bushes (get them down for the start of the season) and cut out the bed some. plus weed out quite a bit.

and funny....my step-father earlier this week went "It would be nice if you helped out with some of the yardwork this year." he mows the lawn. I don't bother....after all, he sees the lawn as needing to be mowed every week UNLESS it rains, then its twice a week. no, our lawn does not grow that fast. he has everything bagged (and pays for a company to fertilize the lawn). and finally, he takes a few hours to mow the lawn....last time I mowed it, it took me less than 1 hour.

go figure!

and he might wonder why I don't mow the lawn....its not worth it!

oh, and did some landscaping today (Thursday).....basically cleaned out the rose bush bed we have in front, re-edged it (re-cut the edge) and filled it in with the extra stones I had left over from a previous project...
