well, I have now cataloged my entire CD collection...all 375 CD's. it all started by me buying 2 new CD racks. in part, I wanted a change (the old racks where wooden ones and very open). since most of the furniture in my room is black (2 bookshelves, entertainment center, and dresser...plus my storage unit/night stand is primarily black), I decided to go with black CD racks too, racks that look kind of like a bookshelf. I guess you can call them media racks. so after putting them together, it was time to update my CD catalog, to make sure things are up-to-date.
joys for me.
so lately, I know I have been somewhat cryptic. talking about bad days but not really going into detail. I'll say that four years ago, something happened in my life that had a big impact on me. I don't really talk about it, because, well, I grew up in a family that doesn't talk. kind of funny, since I want to be a school counselor. yet I can't talk. but go figure.
so if you want some more details, well, when it happened, I did write about it here. here is the long-story short. so read if you really want. it might help you understand some. I guess its unfair to not tell people (or at least give the information out) to people here that have recently become my friends.
so what else? well, a short week of work. fine by me. big wigs come visiting tomorrow, so today was spent in part cleaning.
and now, time to wait in chat.
EDIT:
and today, I checked my e-mail and found a message from the Assistant Superintendent of Brockport, a town in the area where I live. in fact, its commuting distance for students here (where my younger sister went). I e-mail a "Yes, I'm interested," response, and in less than 10 minutes, a phone call follows.
so tomorrow at 10 AM, I have an interview...wish me luck!
