whoo-hoo, heat wave in Rochester....we're in the 40's now!

yeah, its pitiful when 40 degrees F (5 degrees C for the non-Americans) is considered a heat wave, huh?

so my family returns today....since they left on Friday, here's what I've done:

worked 16 hours overnight
slept
towels (there are 2 towels total right now that need washing....including the towel I used to shower today)
vacuumed upstairs living room and both chairs in the living room. thankfully the couch didn't need to be vacuumed out
dishes are all done
stove top is cleaned. ran the over through a clean cycle
upstairs bathroom sink and toilet cleaned, shower "Tilexed" to remove mold/mildew
shopping done...including everything being put away
chicken in the fridge defrosting/marinating (3 pieces)

not too bad I guess.

so what does that leave me? well, a few jobs to look at to apply to. I work Wednesday through, um, well, I think Monday Overnight. joys to me. might go gambling on Friday before work. who knows, we shall see.
