so, anyone else but me notice that the site seems to be really slow? and have trouble getting into chat? just checking.

so I have a few days off from work (unless I get called in). so here's the plans:

1. respond/write in the journal of all my friends that have updated recently...I've been slacking, sorry!
2. clean/organize the work bench area downstairs. my step-father keeps crap. why, oh why, do we need a VCR that is a 2 head VCR? or a random handle? and what good is a work bench COVERED in tools and nails and everything else?
3. clean out the refrigerator. screw recycing...TOSS TOSS TOSS!
4. possibly replace the thermostat upstairs. we have Central Air as well as the furnace. problem is, well, my step-father went with a cheap thermostat. so I am looking at getting a programmable one. make life a little easier and perhaps save on a few bills! DONE. replaced with a Honeywell RTH6300B programmable thermostat. up and running.. and no shocks!
5. JOB SEARCH...JOB SEARCH....did I mention JOB SEARCH? that includes getting my credential file set-up and getting my provisional certification done.

and continue to keep up with my room!

so that's it...I don't work again until Thursday at 7:30 AM. so i will be around a bit. also, if anyone has suggestions (such as ways to organize or tips on replacing the thermostat), please let me know!
