so Tuesday was the nerve racking "Oh Shit!" experience...the professor coming to the school to see how I'm progressing.
the only area of "improvement" noted was confidence....taking the initiative and just "doing it". yeah, the stuff that comes with experience and knowing that your job (or position) is secure....when I know and feel that way, I'll be much more of an initiator...but not until then.
so that's good.
and challenged another kid....he keeps talking about himself in relation to his brother, comparing himself to his brother....so I finally asked him "Who are you? you keep describing yourself and what you want to do in relation to your brother....but who's the real you?"
