I am done for the semester, thankfully.
well, kind of.
I still have to complete one transcription and a journal entry and evaluation for my consulation class. normally I would have to do three tapings, but the professor felt that I was on the right path and so only wanted a tape that showed the intervetion phase of things, moving towards disengagement!
took my comps today (well, actually Friday). I took about 5 1/2 hours total to answer the three questions. one on career development/professional practice, one on assessment, and one on counseling theory/assessment/systems theory/development. I wrote answers that were 14 pages, 13, and about 10 pages long. damn my shoulders hurt for all that typing!
but I'm done, and that's all that matters!
and found out today that my cousin's wife is pregnant with their third child now. they seem to space their kids out 2 years apart. one son is 4, one son is 2. okay, so the one will be 5 when the new kid is born and the other son will be almost 3. still, kind of cool.
and, according to my cousin's wife, after this child, "he's getting his balls snipped, whether he likes it or not."
