well, my check cleared, so I don't have to worry about paying my insurance until December. yay for me, I am fully insured on my car for a few more months. now, I have to decide if I want to re-up with State Farm (paying about $500 for six months....includes a "hospital" thing that saves me more money for multi-policy then it costs me) or change my insurance provider. decisions, decisions. what hurts me is 3 tickets in the past 2 years.... 
also, on a funnier note, my step-father (a typical rich kid mentality, know-it-all, never listens to anyone) decided to clear out some of the back fence area. mind you, in 1990, we (he and I) both got poison ivy from the area. he was given the stuff to kill it, everything. and he kept saying "Don't worry about it, I'll take care of it" when we mentioned it to him. well, he didn't take care of it yet. when clearing out back there, we told him "there's still poison ivy back there, watch out!" to which he said "Don't worry about it, I'm staying away from it, I won't get it."
yet he cleared out the area where it was originally.
that was Friday.
Sunday, well, guess what. he got poison ivy. for a second time!
ha ha, f*cker!
hmm, outside of that, not too much else. have to make a few phone calls today. call my internship site, let them know when I'm starting. and send off an e-mail to college. for some odd reason, my financial aid stuff hasn't gone through yet. don't know why, but not happy about it. I want to make sure it does. so I don't get screwed over!
and that's about that. more days of work coming up. oh the joys. I'm just trying to figure out how things will work out when I go back to school. and my mom is doing her "You've got to budget, like I told you before" lecture. funny thing, she never told me a damn thing! and her idea of budgeting is to use other people's money!
oh how I can't wait until i graduate and move out. but then it becomes the fun of finding an apartment! I just get to wait until I find out where I'm working. and then the apartment search begins!
well, time to take a shower, make phone calls, and send out mail. yay! and pretty soon, think I need to clear out some of my favorite Suicidegirl pictures. I'm at 250, maxed out, already....
