well, another week down. kind of sad, my weeks are starting to become, well, pretty boring. I work, I sleep, and that's about it. the days off is when I get to do some stuff that I can't do during the week (laundry, cleaning). in fact, I "dusted" my room this week (I say "dusted" because what I do is use the hose attachment to my vacuum cleaner to suck up the dust bunnies lying around).
in a few weeks, classes start again. I have my internship, so that's nice. finally get to do what I want to do. work with the high school students. not sure if my financial aid is screwy or not...things don't seem to be working right. I'll have to e-mail the financial aid guy next week to see what he has to say.
work is work. I asked the full-time Overnight cashier how I did when she was on vacation. she told me "Well, I got no horror stories, so that's good." interpret it how you may.
outside of that, not too much. my insurance might get cancelled. check bounced. kind of odd, when you go to sleep, the check hasn't cleared, yet when you wake up, the check cleared the day before. some odd time warp thing I guess. well, if my car insurance company sends me a letter saying I'm cancelled if I don't pay by a certain time, I'm signing up for something else (Geico or some other company) on-line and cancelling my current policy. screw it.
and starting to hate being single again. after close to 6 years being single (and 2 years with no hope....long story, but a girl I thought wanted a relationship....now she doesn't talk to me anymore), I'm starting to hate being single again. and the problems are numerous. no outlet really (everyone I know is dating/married/engaged, and have no single friends), I've got no confidence (long story), I'm a strong introvert (clubs and bars get painful, too much going on), and I don't drink. anyone have suggestions for a single 30 year old guy of where to find someone soon? or what? I'm told I'm a really nice guy! honestly. even a manager at work has said "You're too good of a catch to be single, let me see who I can find for you!"
and my step-father decided to do some weeding in the back. the funny part is, well, we have poison ivy back there. we've known about it since 1990. he keeps saying he'll take care of it. its still there. he says he didn't go by it. yet cleared out the area where it was. well, in a day or two, we'll see if he has it. I'll laugh if he does!
and that's about it.

Glad to hear that you get to start what you want to do soon, I got a year left on me. It scarry we have to much in common, I am almost at 2 years at being single and my last relationship was not good at all. Yea I get called a nice guy all the time and can never find a girl, I also hate clubs and bars. So if you find a spot let me know and if I find someplace I will let you know also. I just hate it when a girl tells you that as she is nicely saying there is no way in hell she would date me. My insurance just got cancelled and I am trying to save up a little money to get new insurace.
